Diagnostic Plans Bovine Abortion Multiplex PCR Placenta and fetal organs such as liver, lung, brain, kidney, spleen, stomach content and heart, bacterial, viral or protozoal isolate Please submit the specimens as soon as possible in refrigerated conditions. 1-2 work day This panel has been implemented to detect major viral, bacterial or protozoa agents causing abortion in cattle. The infectious disease agents in this panel includes Bovine Herpes Virus 1, Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus, Neospora caninum, Leptospira, Toxoplasma gondii and Listeria monocytogenes. Test results should be interpreted with clinical signs and other related laboratory findings. $90.00 $90.00 Real-time PCR(QL)
Diagnostic Plans Calf Diarrhea Panel (Multiplex PCR) Fecal specimen (at least 5 gr), intestinal scraping, bacterial isolate, nucleic acid Specimens are submitted in a well labeled leak-proof container maintained at cold temperature during transport. Do not submit fecal specimens in gloves, screw-cap tubes are preferred. 2-3 days This is a multiplex PCR assay. These test results are intended to be used as an aid in the diagnosis of Bovine cornonavirus, Bovine rotavirus group A, E. coli K99, Salmonella, and Cryptosporidium. Results should be considered in conjunction with the quality of specimen submitted, clinical signs and animal history. In case of positive results for Salmonella or E. coli, aerobic culture can be requested and antimicrobial susceptibility performed. $55.00 $82.50 Real-time PCR(QL)
